Payment for orders can be made via the methods listed below.

Shipping Fees and Delivery

Shipping fees

Flat rate of ￥1000 (tax included) for orders between ￥1 and ￥29,999.
※ If your order costs ￥30,000 or more, we will bear the cost of delivery.

Delivery date

For items in stock, we will usually ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We will notify you via email when your order has shipped.

※ In the unlikely even that your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of delivery for unused items that are either different than what was originally ordered or items that have been damaged during delivery. Under these circumstances, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For items that are returned or exchanged because the customer was unhappy with or would like a different style, color, or size, the return shipping and refund costs will be covered by the customer.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via the email form before noon the day after you have placed your order.
